Wednesday Mixing prints

Hi friends, I hope you are having a great week so far. Good news is that weekend is almost here! I don't know about you, but I look forward to my weekends because I get to spend more time with my husband. Before he started work, we were inseparable and so, now the days seem longer and the weekend can't come any sooner :) These pictures were taken a few weeks ago when my baby bump was much smaller, but I had forgotten to post it, {Oops} But since I love the colors and the mixing prints of this outfit, I thought to show it off anyway! Better late than never, right? Here I am wearing a Buntastic Band, a leather wrist band that can make the quickest and easiest hair buns. I designed this hair accessory and launched it last year on Kickstarter. It was a great success and got fully funded really fast. Sunday Summer vs Fall

Summer is almost over and I can't put away my floral dresses just yet. With Fall just around the corner, I wanted to wear my floral summer dresses just one more time. Don't get me wrong, I am looking forward to the new Fall fashion and all the layers, but I know that soon enough I will feel nostalgic of the Summer colors and trends. It always happens to me. I guess it's the human nature that wants or misses what we currently don't have.

So, the story behind this dress is that I bought it last year when I was visiting my family in Albania. I fell in love with it as soon as I saw it because of the lace and floral combo and I couldn't say no. But unfortunately, I didn't get a chance to wear it last year since by the time I got back to US, it was too cold to wear it. So this dress made it's official appearance this summer :)

Friday Black, White and Red

Hi everyone,

I hope you had an amazing week! Between spending time with my family in Ohio and getting home to my dear husband, I think it was an amazing week. If you follow me on instagram, you probably are aware that on Wednesday was our third wedding anniversary, and I was so happy I got back home just before midnight so I could wish happy anniversary to my sweet husband. He surprised me with some beautiful roses and a delicious homemade dinner. It was a perfect way to end that evening. Since our anniversary was midweek, we've planned more celebrations this weekend. 

The outfit I am wearing in these pictures is one of my favorites for date nights. I haven't decided yet what I am going to wear this weekend, but I am sure it will feature either black, white or red since I think they are timeless colors and always make me feel elegant and sophisticated.
